Alive & Radiant, maker of healthy snack foods, engaged Juli Shore Design to refresh its brandmark and packaging. The company starts with raw organic vegetables, fruits, and nuts and uses gentle techniques to transform them into delicious, nutrient-dense snacks. The redesign required maintaining key brand equities while elevating modern, gourmet cues. Packaging also needed to incorporate a window to highlight the integrity of the unprocessed ingredients inside.
We conducted a comprehensive audit of the good-for-you snack aisle and uncovered a clear visual pattern: most brands relied on earthy graphics to signal “health food” appealing to a niche wellness-focused consumer. This revealed an opportunity to help Alive & Radiant reach a broader audience. JSD refined the brandmark for greater clarity and energy, then developed a packaging system built around friendly, accessible graphics; playful typography and vibrant color palettes that immediately pop on shelf. A clear product window puts the real, raw ingredients front and center. The resulting design shifts Alive & Radiant from a niche natural-food to a craveable, mass-appeal presence—inviting more consumers to discover the delicious flavor of unprocessed healthy snacks.
